Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions I hear most often about services, pricing, timelines, and working together.
How much does a website cost in India?
At Arbind Digital Solutions, website development starts at ₹15,000 for a Starter package (1–5 pages, mobile-friendly, basic SEO). A Business package with custom design and up to 15 pages costs ₹35,000, and a Premium full-custom website with eCommerce or LMS costs ₹60,000. All prices are one-time with included support periods.
What is WhatsApp Business API and how much does setup cost?
The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official platform that allows businesses to send automated messages, use chatbots, and run bulk notifications through WhatsApp. Setup at Arbind Digital Solutions starts at ₹5,000 for basic API activation, ₹15,000 for full automation with chatbot, and ₹35,000 for enterprise solutions with CRM integration.
How long does it take to build a website?
A Starter website typically takes 5–7 business days. A Business package with custom design takes 2–3 weeks. A Premium website with eCommerce or custom features takes 4–6 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Do you work with clients outside Assam or outside India?
Yes. Arbind Digital Solutions is remote-friendly and works with clients across India and internationally. International payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, and Wise in USD, EUR, or GBP.
What is included in the digital marketing plans?
The Starter plan (₹8,000/month) includes 12 posts/month and page management. The Growth plan (₹20,000/month) adds Meta & Google ads with ₹10,000 ad spend included, SEO basics, and 24 posts. The Premium plan (₹40,000/month) adds video content, influencer outreach, and a dedicated account manager.
Do you provide website hosting?
Yes. We assist with domain registration and hosting setup. You can choose from standard cPanel hosting, high-performance cloud hosting, or VPS solutions. Domain and hosting charges are separate from the development cost. We also support AWS, GCP, and other cloud hosting providers.
Can you build a website for a school or educational institution?
Yes. Schools are a speciality. The DPS Kamrup official website was built by Arbind Digital Solutions. We build institutional websites with galleries, news/announcements, fee information, admission forms, and online portals. Education-sector clients receive pricing guidance tailored to institutional budgets.
What is the payment process?
We typically work on a 50% advance before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on delivery. For ongoing services like digital marketing, payment is monthly in advance. Indian clients pay via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay. International clients pay via Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied?
Yes. We have a transparent refund policy. If work has not begun, a full refund is issued. If work is in progress, a partial refund based on work completed is provided. Please review the Refund Policy page for full details.
Why hire a solo agency instead of a larger digital marketing firm?
With a solo agency, you work directly with the person building your project — no account managers or handoffs. This means faster communication, lower overhead (which translates to lower prices), and accountability for every decision. Arbind Digital Solutions passes those savings directly to clients, which is why similar quality costs 30–50% less than a multi-person agency.
Can you integrate WhatsApp into an existing website?
Yes. We can add a WhatsApp chat widget, automated lead capture, or full API integration to an existing website regardless of platform — WordPress, Next.js, or custom-built sites.
What technologies do you use to build websites?
We primarily use Next.js with React and Tailwind CSS for websites, which delivers excellent performance and SEO results. Backends are built with FastAPI (Python) or Node.js. Databases include PostgreSQL and Supabase. For simpler sites, we also work with WordPress when that fits the client's maintenance needs better.
What is the difference between WhatsApp Business app and WhatsApp Business API?
The free WhatsApp Business app works on a single phone and is meant for one person managing conversations manually — fine for shops getting under 100 messages a day. The WhatsApp Business API is a developer connection that lets software talk to WhatsApp directly. It supports multiple agents on the same number, automated replies, broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts, and integration with your CRM or website. The tradeoff is that it is not an app you log into — you need a platform (like Chativo) or a custom integration to use it.
How much does WhatsApp Business API cost per message in India?
WhatsApp does not charge per message — it charges per 24-hour conversation window. Once a window opens, you can send unlimited messages inside it. Approximate rates for India: marketing conversations (you initiate with a promo template) cost around ₹0.58–₹0.88 each; utility conversations (order updates, reminders) cost ₹0.14–₹0.22; authentication (OTPs) cost ₹0.11–₹0.14; service conversations (customer replies) are free. On top of this, you pay a BSP platform fee — starting from ₹599/month with platforms like Chativo.
What is a BSP for WhatsApp API and do I need one?
A BSP (Business Solution Provider) is a company approved by Meta to resell access to the WhatsApp Business API. Instead of connecting to Meta directly (which requires significant technical work), you sign up with a BSP and get a ready-to-use dashboard. For most businesses, using a BSP is the practical route. Chativo, Interakt, Wati, and AiSensy are popular BSPs in India. If you have a developer on your team and want full control over data and costs, you can also connect directly via Meta's Cloud API without a BSP.
Can I use WhatsApp Business API without any coding?
Yes, if you use a no-code BSP platform. Tools like Chativo (chativo.in) come with a visual drag-and-drop flow builder — you can set up automated reply sequences, broadcast campaigns, and team inbox routing without writing a single line of code. What still requires some setup: getting your Meta Business Manager verified, applying for display name approval, and building an opt-in mechanism for your contacts. These are mostly form-filling and document uploads, not coding.
How long does it take to set up WhatsApp Business API?
The technical connection itself takes a few hours once your Meta Business Manager is verified. The slower parts are: Meta Business verification (1–5 business days depending on your documents), display name approval (1–3 days), and your first message template approvals (a few hours to 2 days each). Realistically, budget 1–2 weeks from starting the process to sending your first real campaign. If your Meta Business Manager is already verified, the whole thing can be done in 3–4 days.
